Banana Smoothie

2 c cold milk
1 c mashed ripe banana
2/3 c chocolate syrup
5 c ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender, cover and blend 2 minutes on high. Reduce speed and blend 1-2 minutes or until frothy. Serve immediately. Serves 4
